Listen To Miranda Lambert’s Second Single, “We Should Be Friends,” From “The Weight of These Wings” Album

Miranda Lambert has released the second single, “We Should Be Friends,” from her upcoming two-disc album, The Weight of These Wings, which drops Friday, Nov. 18.

“We Should Be Friends” was penned solely by Miranda and is featured as track No. 5 on disc one, The Nerve. The uptempo single—a follow up to the album’s first single, “Vice”—is about all the qualities Miranda, we assume, is looking for in a friend.

“If you use alcohol as a sedative / And bless your heart as a negative / If you ride your white horse like the wind / If what you see is what you get / Well then, oh, we should be friends,” Miranda sings to close out the song.

Well Miranda, it sounds like we ~~could~~ should be friends.
