Dolly Parton, Ricky Skaggs, Marty Raybon & More Earn International Bluegrass Music Awards Nominations

Nominees for the 2019 International Bluegrass Music Awards were announced today (July 24) at a press conference in Nashville. Notable names earning nominations—with country music ties—include Dolly Parton, Ricky Skaggs, Marty Raybon and more.

Winners will be announced at the International Bluegrass Music Awards on Sept. 26 at the Duke Energy Performing Arts Center in Raleigh, N.C.
